Rugg-easey Fitness And Therapy
Elizabeth Rugg Easey has over twenty years of experience and previously spent her time running various private clinics. She has worked with some of the top trainers and therapists in the country and treated many international athletes. Having gained a wealth of experience she has now turned her attention to running her own clinic.
The Holistic Centre offers a wide variety of relaxation treatments, including, Indian head massage, stress buster massages and baby massage. Elizabeth also specialises in sports massage, sports injury and rehabilitation therapy.
Whilst the children are enjoying all the other benefits of Farming World the grown ups can take time to soak up the relaxed atmosphere of Rugg-Easey Fitness and Therapy and enjoy a chair massage. This consists of a back, neck, shoulder and arm massage while seated in a special chair that supports your whole body. The massage works on pressure points and releases tension and stress. This will leave the grown ups feeling completely prepared for anything the children get up to for the rest of the day!
If more intensive pampering is required a stress buster massage can be booked. This is 1 and a half hours of total relaxation for the body and mind, including a whole body massage with aroma-therapy oils and calming music. Elizabeth will also be offering sports massage and sports injury advice. Local sports clubs can also take advantage of a special sports injury clinic which will offer rehabilitation and ultrasound facilities to clubs on a Tuesday night.
